Welcome to KC's Sunshine Van - This is a beautiful 2020 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with luxury camper conversion by Midwest Automotive Designs. Fully equipped, comfortable seating for 7 with an unbelted side facing seat making 8, sleeping for 2 Adults +maybe a child, an on board restroom including shower, induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave as well as two LED TV's and a premium integrated sound system. Smooth ride and drive more van like than camper/fits inKC's Sunshine Van has a furnace / water heater system, a generator plus solar power, comfortable air conditioning, heat and roof ventilation. An automatic extending and retracting awning with led lighting is included. Exterior shower on the driver side and exterior power connections on the passenger side. As far as cruising goes, no rig out there beats the ride and ease of driving than this Mercedes Diesel. Drives like a large Van.You can choose to tow up to 4500 lbs (additional fee applies) or connect our hitch storage box(es) for additional space to haul the grill, chairs and sporting equipment.We are friendly to bands and music events. Your furry family can come along with some restrictions and an additional deposit.
(NO Burning MAN, sorry it's not covered by insurance and NO Mexico trips, also not covered by insurance)**** Notes - The van was involved in a bad rental that resulted in some minor body damage and more significant suspension and equipment repairs, the mechanical aspects of the van were repaired/replaced and are now in their best ever working condition for safe travel**** while we resolve the legal issue with the rental (not via this platform by the way) we have a 11" scratch on one side down very low, in the rear which isn't very noticable and some fiberglass damage on the other side down very low and a few minor dings that are not noticeable at a distance of more than 1'. Everything mechanical has been restored to working order, better in some cases than original with upgrades to the new suspension. For Full disclosure! Our review by "Jerry" is, I'm sorry to say, justified. He was the first one to take it out after we replaced tires and rebalanced everything, which we were told was the issue but unfortunately it turned out to be more substantial, before we discovered the chassis suspension damage and he had a very rough ride, and the AC in the very back went out again after we replaced the compressor and fan (we have 3 AC units onboard) later discovered the same earlier accident which hit something under the van caused damage to the AC blower in the rear of the unit under chassis. ALL Suspension Items ARE Fixed, Tires Were Replaced Twice, Struts Replaced and all Balancing done correctly. AC compressor and fan were replaced in rear. The only remaining NON Working Item is the Refrigerator and we have one on order from Canada. Currently works only as an "ice box cooler" but the new one is on the way and we will remove this sentence when it arrives. We attempted a locally purchased replacement but it didn't fit the counter space and after giving up on the search for a replacement locally we went with the original supplier.*Moral of this story, this platform works and offers good insurance and it's worth having! The other moral of the story is if you do have an accident - even if you think it's minor- report it per the contract because everything can be worked out, fixed and most is covered if you follow the guidelines and if we know about it. What's includedFor Campers we can include fresh linens, a 3" mattress topper to fit the rear bed/sofa upon request, induction ready cookware, some plates, cups and utensils as well as RV friendly TP. For a small fee we can connect one OR two hitch mounted storage boxes to the rear for lots of extra space. Delivery and Pickup are available upon request within a 120 mile radius. (Will consider other distance depending on length of contract/terms and conditions).RecommendationsWe are music lovers and work in the business and our Rig has taken us to work! But this baby is a great road warrior or perfect for a romantic beach or mountain weekend get-a-way. We also recommend this as the ultimate tailgate rig.We have found the most popular use of this rig is for luxury travel.Other things to noteSorry but no smoking allowed. We love our fur babies but we need to approve yours (we are reasonable). Music Festivals must be approved based on camping set up available; I've seen the worst and the best of them!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible on prearranged pick up and drop off. We do work live events so on the days we are scheduled to work, we will have to work around that schedule.
Q.What is the Smoking Policy?
A.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE VAN! We rent to all types of people including families with children, a few Make a Wish trips etc. There is no smoking allowed. The fine for smoking in the van is 250.00 and is without exception.
Q.Pet Policy
A.
We love our fur babies but because some people are allergic we need to do a heavy sanitizing after pet usage. All pets must be approved and a fee to sanitize afterwards for allergens.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
On board power monitor monitors solar, generator & house. Volts should be 12.5. Use of Heat/AC, Microwave or TVs will drain quickly. If Volts drain below 12 the gen won't start. Start Generator or plug in before volts get below 12. Use pigtail to convert shore power a110 house type. If at a RV Space/backstage-pig tail isn't needed/use the power conditioner provided to avoid surges. Solar powers USB ports, LED Lighting and will recharge batteries slowly in bright sunlight.
