Super clean motor home. NEW refrigerator and toilet. NO carpet! All new oak flooring. New furniture throughout- both captain’s chairs, sofa/bad, dinette cushions and queen mattress. In addition to the queen size bed in the back both the sofa and the dining table convert into a beds. The dinette/bed is great for people 5’4” and under while the sofa/bed is a little smaller than a full/double bed.As previously mentioned, the vehicle is super clean. It is imperative that renters understand that it must be that way because my wife needs a Hypoallergenic environment because she is allergic to animals and cleaning chemicals. Out of necessity we have a strict NO pets policy and will provide organic, scent free dish washing detergent in case renter wants to bring real dishes instead of disposable. When renting our RV do not use any other cleaning chemicals or spray any aerosol cans inside. If your cloths smell of softeners like Bounce then it would be better to rent another RV.
