A cute, nicely decorated, barely used little RV. Comes with a full shower and full refrigerator/freezer. Has everything you need for a quaint little get away: cookware, utensils, bathroom supplies, towels, linens cleaning supplies - etc. Our Murphy bed pulls down and goes up easily giving you a lot of room to make yourself comfortable during the day. Places for you to check out include: Brown County State park, CERA Land (beautiful private park (formerly owned by Cummins Corp) - with lots of things to do for the family: Aquatic Center (i.e. pool), Boating, mini-golf, work out area, The Landing - outdoor bar area (adults only), Go Kart track Disc Golf, Fishing. Other things to noteRules...
1). No smoking EVER inside the trailer.
2) Dogs/Pets ok - but need to be approved in advance.
3) If you mess it up - clean it up. Please.
4) No festivals
