We loved our first camper van adventure! During the departure walkthrough, Guy was friendly, easy to work with, thorough, and kind as he explained his expectations. When we needed to ask a question during the trip (the tire pressure light came on, but just needed to be reset), he responded in a timely, friendly, and reasonable manner. We loved the low-maintenance camper van! It drives like a car and was effective on steep inclines. Sometimes we had to remind ourselves that we were driving a 24' RV. While driving in the mountains, we took one corner a bit too fast, and a couple of the cabinet doors came open, but nothing fell out. We are quick learners, so that didn't happen again. It wasn't too fancy looking (there's a handyman sticker on the back), so we fit right in at every campground. The ingress and egress were so easy!!! The van was comfortable, roomy, and accessorized with everything we needed! We loved the dry-flush toilet! The solar panels were a camping game changer! It was a fantastic experience and we'd gladly do it again!!!
