Emily was a dream to work with, such a lovely and accommodating host! The camper van itself was immaculate, spotless, well equipped and easy to drive. The aesthetics felt warm and thoughtfully designed. She even matched the bedding with some of the appliances! The bed was extremely comfortable which made for an amazing nights rest. This was our first time renting a van (or camper) and I'm not sure the experience of renting the Blue Bear can be topped. Jamie and Lance are amazing hosts, thinking of everything that could possibly be needed for an amazing trip. The van was clean, well stocked and ready to go. Communication was solid from the beginning. The user guide was handy and the pre-trip walk through was thorough. I've rented a lot of vehicles, and housing through peer-to-peer networks (VRBO, Turo, etc) and while hosts are generally good to work with, I can say that this was by far the best experience I've had with a rental. There really wasn't anything that I can think of that was lacking.
