For the english google translation scroll down.... Viele liebe Grüße an Robert von Gabi und Hubert aus Süddeutschland We had the best vacation of our lives!! We are 63 years old, from Germany, and have been visiting the USA since 1996. Robert provided us with a fantastic RV. It was 25.1 feet long and featured a Murphy bed, a large bathroom, an impressive 400W solar system, a 3000W inverter, and a 4000W generator. This made the RV perfectly suited for dry camping. The only slight downside was the 25-gallon fresh water tank, which was a bit small; however, having extra drinking water in plastic bottles made this a non-issue. With its 9-speed automatic transmission and 2.0-liter 4-cylinder twin-turbo diesel engine, the RV drove almost like a passenger car. We were able to keep up with traffic easily, even without a tailwind. The diesel engine is highly efficient and well-insulated against noise. Even at high speeds, we could hold conversations without shouting and listen to music (radio/USB). However, the Mercedes USB charging ports didn't provide as much power as the RV's own charging ports. The crosswind assist system served us very well in Wyoming, intervening safely only during particularly strong gusts. The 40-inch TV (which felt almost too big), the two electrically adjustable recliners, and my CPAP machine could all be powered reliably by the batteries (110V AC). The shower was beautifully lit and spacious enough for me to turn around completely inside. Due to varying water pressure at campground "city water" hookups, temperature control was sometimes difficult, resulting in cold water in the shower. However, the temperature control for the showerhead always worked reliably when using the onboard pump (capable of delivering very hot water!!)... The lighting system could be controlled not only via the display or the three control panels inside the RV but also through an app on our smartphones. It was sensational that the lighting could also be dimmed. It was a sheer pleasure to be able to adjust the brightness to suit the mood and lighting requirements, or simply to switch everything on or off. Naturally, the fans and their vent covers could also be operated this way. Even the levels of all tanks could be checked via the system, just as on the main display. The slide-out for the truly large Murphy bed worked excellently and reliably. Converting it into a bed is very easy and quick when done by two people; you soon develop a little routine before bedtime. In Yellowstone National Park, temperatures dropped to 33°F with light snow. Robert had provided an auxiliary electric heater, which—combined with the large Truma heating system—ensured a comfortable interior temperature. Thanks to the powerful yet relatively quiet air conditioning, we were able to beat the heat (over 90°F) in Utah and keep the interior wonderfully cool. These functions could also be controlled via the display or the app, which made operation much easier and more convenient at night. Now for the kitchen: It was somewhat cramped, with overhead and under-counter storage, and featured an oversized sink with a large, heavy cover that tended to get in the way. Robert had thoughtfully provided a separate washbasin with a draining tray; this significantly reduced water consumption and allowed us to use the glass cover of the two-burner gas stove as a counter surface without worry. The refrigerator and freezer compartment stayed very cold even in high outside temperatures—so much so that we had to turn the fridge setting down by one level to prevent the milk from freezing. I'd like to highlight the microwave, which played a vital role as a multifunctional appliance. It could be used as a convection oven (please set the temperature 25° higher!), as a grill for baking and browning things like pizza (please set the temperature 25° higher!), or simply for quickly making popcorn; all no problem if you're tall enough or use a step stool! We lined the pull-out galley with non-slip mats. Even on the roughest roads, everything stayed securely in place. The pots and pans (with removable handles!) that Robert provided were of the highest quality! The non-stick coating is fantastic and made washing up a breeze. Thanks to the great removable handles, we could even use the pots in convection mode! Now, let's talk about the exterior: The numerous storage compartments around the vehicle were essential. We kept our drinks and beer there. Furthermore, we stored spare supplies such as oil, windshield washer fluid, a 30A power cable, a 50/30A adapter, an air compressor, tire repair kits, a water hose, and leveling blocks. The "garage" was needed for the chairs, the gas grill, and the large outdoor rug. Robert had provided everything we needed! We also stored our two carry-on suitcases and up to four gallons of water there. The awning is fully electric, but can only be operated from the passenger seat and retracts automatically in strong winds. In conclusion, I can only confirm that we received a SUPERB RV from Robert, which, in terms of comfort, energy efficiency, and very compact yet agile handling, provided an unforgettable vacation that raised us to a new and highest level. Because everything went so well, we deviated from our planned 2,600-3,000 mile itinerary and traveled about 1,000 miles further, exploring nature, countryside, and national parks, and meeting many interesting and friendly people. Many thanks for that! Warm regards to Robert from Gabi and Hubert in southern Germany.

Robert was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful during pickup, taking the time to thoroughly show us around the RV, explain how everything worked, and make sure we felt comfortable before heading out on our trip. The RV itself was fantastic! Everything worked perfectly, it was clean, well-maintained, and made our trip even better. We had an amazing experience and couldn’t have asked for a better rental. We will definitely be renting from Robert again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great RV rental experience!

Robert was an excellent host! We had a bike rack that wouldn't quite fit with the hitch on the back of the RV. Robert saved the day and went to a nearby auto parts store to buy an extension adapter so we could use our bike rack. We were very grateful to be able to take our mountain bikes with us! The RV was very nice and very clean, and it handled amazing in the wind, easy to drive. Thanks again Robert, we'll rent again!
