Rules for the Road: • No Smoking – Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the trailer. • Pets Welcome (with approval) – Well-behaved pets may be allowed with prior approval—just ask! • Towing Requirements – Your tow vehicle must be rated to tow at least 7,500 lbs, especially for mountain travel and elevation changes. A 7-pin connector and functioning brake controller are required. • Road Restrictions – Well-maintained dirt roads are okay, but no rough terrain, large rocks, deep ditches, or off-roading. Please stick to established roads, parking areas, and designated campsites. • Holding Tanks Must Be Emptied – All tanks (fresh, gray, and black) must be fully dumped and empty before return. A fee will apply if returned full. • Return Clean – Please return the trailer clean and in the condition it was received. A cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning is needed. • Pick-Up & Drop-Off – We'll coordinate times in advance—just keep in touch if anything changes. • Respect the Trailer – Treat it with care so others can enjoy it too!
