Our names are Mike and Katie and we are excited to share our brand new beauty for your next adventure. Consuela is the ultimate glamping experience! She has all the bells and whistles of a modern trailer. This rig is fully equipped with a queen-sized bed, twin bunks, 2 twin mattresses, jack knife sofa and conversion dinette/bed; stove, microwave, and sink. Consuela features high-end components, such as the glamor of an outdoor kitchen to the luxury of a spacious inside with 2 slide-outs. There is a private room for kids so the parents can enjoy the peace and quiet by the campfire or listen to some tunes. We want to create a comfortable experience for you and your loved ones, so she will be stocked with all the basic camping needs plus some.When booking a camp site you’ll need a 50/30 amp service. Please, do not leave them unattended in the trailer. (Dogs only, no other pets allowed). Security deposit to be included, renters will be held responsible for any and all damages. She is brand new so please be considerate.A 1 time $75 prep fee will be added to all rentals. This fee covers thorough cleaning and sanitizing of countertops, kitchen and bathroom. It also covers the cost of filling propane tanks.If you are camping in a location that does not offer water hook ups we will fill the fresh water tank for an additional $50.Please return the trailer in the same condition you picked it up in. Some signs of general use are expected, however, a fee of $250 will be deducted from the deposit for excessive cleaning i.e stain removal, deep cleaning of kitchen and/or bathroom etc.Please dump all holding tanks prior to returning the trailer. We will deduct $50 from the security deposit to cover the cost of dumping and cleaning tanks if not empty on return.::::VERY IMPORTANT::::No smoking or vaping of any substances allowed inside the travel trailer or under the awning. Others who rent after may be sensitive to smoke. A $500.00 smoke removal fee will be deducted from the renter's deposit if the trailer has been smoked or vaped in while in the renter's possession.Do not use the awning if it is windy. The awning and its mechanical parts are fragile. Repair costs are the renter's responsibility.Renter must have a valid driver's license and verifiable auto insurance. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We will deliver the trailer within a 60 mile radius. There is a minimum $100 fee with a $4/mile charge. Pickup time is 2pm and return time is noon. There will be a $25 per hour late fee charged if returned past agreed upon time.

I work as a Registered Nurse and my husband sales food for a living. We have three handsome boys and just want to give them every opportunity they can to live and learn about the outdoors. We have a Sibarian Husky named Odin who loves people, but gets a little jealous of other dogs sometimes.
We decided to do Outdoorsy to bless other people with adventure as we feel God has blessed us with this trailer. We look forward to getting you trained and all squared away in the road so you feel comfortable driving the big rig whether you’re new or experienced. Let us know how we can help!
