Single owner updated 2020 Heartland Mallard Camper under 6,000 lbs Dry Weight! The lightest and shortest bunkhouse you will find with separate dinette, central vacuum and tri-fold sofa. King sized master bedroom has privacy doors and bunkhouse has privacy curtain. Bathroom with cabinet and shower does have surround tub.Central AC/Heating. Fully loaded Outdoor Kitchen with propane stove and outdoor tv hookup. Inside there is a 40in Big Screen Smart TV, Microwave, Stove/Oven and fridge & freezer! Fully loaded with slide out, power jack, power awning with LED lighting, power stabilizers, stereo system with indoor/outdoor speakers/bluetooth/DVD/CD and ports. There is also an outdoor shower. Kitchenware and general camper items included.What's includedThis camper is your home away from home included

- Pets welcome with $200 refundable deposit ( any major damages caused by pets will be billed to the renters! )
- Festivals welcomed just please no loose glitter or self tanner inside the camper!
- All items in the camper are to remain in the camper, including cleaning supplies. Accidents happen when loading / unloading personal belongings but renters will be responsible for replacing any missing or damaged items at full cost.
Renters are also responsible for replacing any LP gas used, dumping tanks, and returning the unit fully cleaned.
- Don't feel like cleaning or dumping we will take care of it for you for at an extra charge of $300.
