2018 Ice Castle Fish Houses Rv Edition Standard
Hey folks! You will be impressed with my 2018 Ice Castle RV edition! Intended to be used in the middle of summer or on a frozen lake in the winter this unit features all of today's modern amenities in an 8x17 ft unit capable of being pulled by a half ton pick-up truck or SUV with a 2 inch ball. The unit weighs 5,360 lbs and has electric brakes. Requires round 7 pin electrical receiver connection on tow vehicle. Receiver hitch available on request free of charge. Amenities include roof top A/C, refrigerator, microwave, three burner gas stove and oven, hot water heater, stand-up shower, flushing toilet, retractable awning, LED lighting and city water hook-ups. A 2000W or 3600W gas generator is also available for an additional charge ($50 per night). Two dinettes; one converts to a lower bunk bed while the other converts to a full size bed. Sleeps a total of five adults comfortably. I am 6'1" and fit nicely in all bunks! Rear dinette has a bay window which allows for 270 degree seating. Unit lowers to the ground making it solid as a rock and provides for easy entry/exit with no stairs. No jacks to mess with either, just a winch on each wheel and one on the tongue. An electric drill is provided as well making raising and lowering effortless. It is a very comfortable, well built and reliable unit which will add great memories to your next adventure. Unit is well maintained, everything works and is very well taken care of. Fire extinguisher, smoke, carbon monoxide and propane leak detectors are installed and all have fresh batteries. Unit is equipped with basic cooking utensils so no need to bring your own. Bring your own pillow and sleeping bag/blankets and you are ready to go. Depending on my schedule and your intended destination I am willing to deliver and set-up prior to your arrival for an additional mileage cost of $0.70 per loaded mile.
