If we have to dump the tank after use, there will be a $50 fee.
We are not responsible for any damage during rental including wheels and tires.
If the sewer is not dumped, a penalty of $50 will be assessed.
We love our camper and hope you treat it the same, if any damage, smoking, bodily fluids, etc there will be penalty of $350.
Delivery fees will be: $250 flat rate for 60 miles (this includes delivery and pickup and set up) if further please send a message and we can see what/how we can accommodate

3Rachael and her husband are very nice and very accommodating. The downfall was the trailer was not clean. There was multiple stains throughout as well as the bathroom needed cleaned upon delivery.
