There is AC for those hot summer days and an electric fireplace for those cool winter nights. Delivery and setup can be arrange which includes an outdoor rug, a table, and I can deliver firewood if so desired. Get your family and friends out to make some amazing memories. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are pretty flexible. Coordinate with the owner to ensure someone is at the drop off and pick up location.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
The fireplace and the air condition can not be used at the same time. There is a light switch located above the fireplace that controls the on and off of each. If the air conditioning doesn't seem to be working, flip that switch first because it was probably set on fireplace mode.
