Our experience was extremely disappointing and unsanitary. When we arrived, there was someone else’s fecal matter still in the toilet inside the van, along with awful smells throughout the space. Not only was the toilet full, but it was also broken — the cap that seals and contains the waste was missing, leaving the fecal matter exposed to the air. We were expected to sleep with exposed human waste essentially next to our heads. This is not just unpleasant — it is a serious hygiene and health concern. Exposure to human waste can carry bacteria and pathogens such as E. coli and other contaminants, and it is completely unacceptable to place guests in that situation. Because it was exposed and unusable, we had no choice but to remove the toilet from the van. Due to the smell and sanitation concerns, we were unable to comfortably cook, use the sink, or use the shower during our trip. These were basic amenities we paid for but could not reasonably use. I immediately reached out to Beth. While she did respond and said she was “mortified,” she did not provide guidance on how to handle the situation or how to proceed. Instead, her focus seemed to be getting pictures to send to the cleaning person. There was no clear direction, no immediate solution, and no meaningful support in the moment. Instead we were blamed for not coming up with the solution to share with them, as renters. In addition: • There was no French press or kettle, so we couldn’t make coffee the entire trip as advertised. The coffee machine there instead was broken. • The chairs did not spin as described. When texted one of the numbers on the guide sheet there was no response. .cracked windshield .Broken back door • There was no disclosure in the listing that there was no grey water catch system, which further limited use of the sink. We paid for a clean, properly prepared rental with functional amenities. Instead, we were placed in an unsanitary environment with strong odors and unusable features, and the small refund does not reflect the severity of the experience. I would strongly caution future renters and recommend confirming cleaning protocols and full amenity details before booking.

This van in general is great, especially for a small solo traveler. I definitely enjoyed it all to myself as a 5'3" lady! Floorplan was excellent and felt spacious. The vehicle size was easy to drive, maneuver, and park. I loved the solar and inverter! I was never worried at all about running out of power. Bed was super cozy. Shower and sink were great to have, although the lack of a grey water tank isn't really aligned with "leave no trace" principles. I felt rather guilty using them. Unfortunately the condition of the van felt a little worn out. The entire windshield was cracked, a daytime headlight was burned out, AC didn't work (not that I needed it, thankfully), drawer handles were barely attached, the knobs for the light switches kept coming off. I suppose these are all signs of a well-traveled van, and they didn't get in the way of me enjoying the vehicle and my road trip around Arizona.

Super fun roaming through Sedona in this rig! The van is built out beautifully and super easy and smooth to drive. We highly recommend it!

We loved this RV! The two of us took it to the Grand Canyon and stayed in the park for 3 nights! It had everything we needed and cooked every meal inside. Beth was a great host and answered any questions we had. Would book again!
