Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Pick-up is between 7-9 am and drop off is between 4-7 pm

Q.

How do I hook up to power?

A.

The included 30a power cable should be first plugged into the trailer, and then into the campgrounds 30a receptacle. Included are a 50a and 15a adapter in case the need arises.

Q.

How does the sewage hookup work?

A.

When connecting the trailer to the sewage hookup at an RV park, you want to make sure to only dump the waste tanks when it is at least 1/2 full. Please do not leave the wastewater valves open, as debris will fall to the bottom of the tank without sufficient liquid to flush through the sewer line. When dumping the tanks, open the black valve first and wait for it to empty, followed by the grey valve to flush the sewage from the lines.

Q.

How do I hook up to city water?

A.

You should attach the included water regulator to the water spigot, and then attach the included drinking water hose directly to the water pressure regulator to prevent the bursting of pipes. Then, you can safely attach the hose to the city water connection on the side of the travel trailer.
