We love this camper and are excited to share our adventure rig with you!The Dweller brings the 21st century to the camping world with state-of-the-art equipment that not only makes camping easy but more enjoyable for any type of family wanting to escape from the city life and get outdoors. Upgraded batteries and inverter settings allow for ample power to run off solar + battery for days. The ultramodern interior design makes the word luxury look like an understatement. With the first of its kind “in the bunk” technology; the a/c is underneath the bed keeping things ice cold inside for hot days or turning up the heat for cool nights. It allows you or your family to break away from the normal paved camp sites and incorporate the same amenities for more of a dispersed off-grid experience.What's includedWe provide all the essentials to have a great adventure, you provide the adventurers! Just let us know what you need!We can provide fresh linens, pillows and cozy sleeping bags. An amazing camp kitchen and indoor induction burner to make that pot of coffee when it's a bit chilly outside. Chairs for the campfire and a generator to charge up the batteries if the sun doesn't come out. We can provide just about anything else you need to make your adventure amazing, from back up cameras, coolers, lanterns etc. RecommendationsThis rig can be pulled by any vehicle with a 2 inch receiver and a tow rating of 7,000lbs or more. We recommend calculating a GVWR of around 7,500 to comfortably tow with fully packed rig including water tanks. The hitch is a McHitch and cannot be towed with a tow ball. The trailer has independent suspension that makes for a different tow experience, smooth sailing all the way!Other things to noteThe rig needs to come back with propane full, cassette toilet empty and generally clean. Any items that are found damaged or destroyed will be itemized and taken out of the deposit.The rig can easily handle most off road trails but we will need to approve of any through camping that entails BLM or Dispersed camping locations.

5This was our first experience using outdoorsy and renting a travel trailer. We could not have been aligned with a better host and a nicer setup. Brian was accommodating, informative and easy to reach when we had questions or needed clarification on things. The trailer was reasonably stocked and straight forward to set up. As a result we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and some much needed time away to unplug and disconnect from our day to day. We easily had the coolest setup in the campground so my recommendation to future renters is to learn what you can about this trailer cause everyone is going to ask you questions! You won't go wrong picking this trailer for your next getaway.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Generally pickup between 10am and 12pm is ideal for getting you on the road. Plan on about 30-45 minutes of orientation to feel comfortable with the rig! Returns are preferred in the late afternoon to early evening. Check-in takes about 30 minutes.
Q.
Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
This is a hybrid camper, a little work is required to setup and tear down. The rear of the camper folds out and the top pops up. Camp setup can be done in 10 minutes or less! Breakdown takes a little longer since you want to make sure everything is secure and safe. We will go over all the aspects of the trailer with you before departure.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This rig includes 600ah of Lithium LiFePO4 battery, charged by either 300watts of solar or the propane generator. It has two water tanks, each with a capacity of 25 gallons so you can balance the weight front to rear during towing. Grey tank is 25 gallons and the black tank is a cassette toilet that makes is so simple and easy to offload! It has 50amp service for shore power.
