There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off from long hikes, a day at the parks or sandy days at the beach as well as a propane hookup for a grill.
Serenity includes powered leveling jacks for those less than level camping spots. These jacks also help on level pads to reduce sway in the vehicle while everyone is moving around and you're still napping!
Included Extras:
Kitchen:
Serenity includes a set of basic pots, pans, flatware, dishes and cups (all the basics you'll need, just add your friends, family, food and drink). A Keurig coffee maker is also included in the kitchen with an assortment of coffees and teas.
Driving:
Jayco coaches are known for their excellent ride and drive features such as the Jride-Plus package that includes a computer balanced drive shaft (lowers highway vibration), Hellwig helper springs, rubber isolation mounts, and oversized sway bar which keeps this coach steady at highway speeds. What does all this mean? We don't know either, but we do know that when an eighteen-wheeler passes you, it doesn't feel like you're going to get blown off the road. Serenity also comes with backup and sideview cameras and monitor for getting in and out of those tight spots.

The host, Wayne was a really good host. He made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the RV and we could safely drive it. The rv itself was in decent condition, but there were some small issues.
1. The AC was adequate for night time and evening time only. During the day when it was hot, it could not keep up. We were not going in and out a bunch and we had everything closed up to try to help but it was still high 70’s to low 80’s during the day. It would have never worked had we taken it to Texas during that time.
2. The fridge only worked on propane. When it switched to shore power, we lost all the cold items we had. We happened to get lucky after one trip and noticed the drinks we had in the freezer were getting cold and tried keeping it on propane and it worked.
3. Don’t expect comfy beds. I know I’m probably slightly spoiled with my bed at home, but the master bed was very uncomfortable. It felt like we were not sleeping on much more than wood. My girls complained that the bunks were not very comfortable and couch and table were so bad my sister and her two kids refused to sleep on them after the first night.
Overall, it seems that the hosts tried to think of everything someone would need and made sure it was in there. But it really didn’t seem like they had used it very much themselves or they would have at least changed out the master bed. If you need a place for a few nights, this is a good rv. It drives wonderfully. But if you’re doing an extended trip like we did, consider comfort a little more important.
