Sanctuary on the Coast – Rules of the Road Fuel Diesel fuel only (Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel). • Gasoline will cause severe engine damage and renter is fully responsible for repairs and loss of use. Height & Clearance • No drive-thrus. • No parking garages unless height is verified. • No low overhangs, tree branches, or fuel station canopies. • Renter is responsible for all roof, awning, or overhead damage. Terrain Restrictions • No off-roading. • No beach driving or sand. • No dunes, mud, snow drifts, or unmaintained roads. • Maintained campground gravel roads are permitted. Awning Use • Never leave awning unattended. • Retract immediately if wind increases. • Wind damage is renter responsibility. Interior Care • No smoking or vaping. • No candles or open flame. • No climbing on roof. • No standing on furniture. Mileage • 100 miles per day included. • Additional miles billed at $0.45 per mile. Approved Drivers Only • Only drivers approved through Outdoorsy may operate the vehicle. • Maximum 5 passengers (seatbelted positions only). Damage Reporting • Any accident, warning light, windshield chip, or damage must be reported immediately. Gray/Blank tank Disposal: Please note: black cassette and gray water tank must be emptied before the vehicle is returned. There is no charge if the tank and cassette are properly emptied upon return. A $40 service fee will apply if the tank and cassette are not emptied. Parking Disclosure – Claremont, CA Please note that the City of Claremont does not permit overnight street parking. If you plan to leave your personal vehicle during your rental period, we offer secure driveway parking at our residence for $20 per day. Driveway parking must be arranged in advance and approved prior to pickup. Please message us with any parking questions before your trip.
