You will be able to relax knowing we have thought of everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Whether this is your first time staying in an RV or you are a seasoned camper, this trailer has everything you need to enjoy the great outdoors. *more pics to be posted soon as I am still putting the finishing touches on it* The color changing fireplace sets this lil bungalow apart from the others! Delivery is available up to 50 miles from Sacramento or pick it up in Citrus Heights and tow it on your own. If delivered, we will do all of the setup so all you have to do is show up, unpack, fill the fridge and enjoy the great outdoors. This trailer includes a cozy "short" queen (60 x 74" ) with surrounding blackout privacy curtains. The 2 twin bunk beds are 72" long so it is perfect for a kid or an adult. The dinette is also 72" long so also good for a kid, adult, or even a dog! There are lots of little upgrades including extra outlets and usb ports, vent fan in the kitchen/main area, upgraded showerhead, porch light, locking hinge cabinets, and more. All of the essentials are provided including a coffee maker, instant water kettle, toaster oven, dishes, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, first aid kit, flashlight/lantern, citronella candles, games, dvds, bedding, towels, and toiletries. Unlimited use of the Onan 2500watt generator which has enough power to run all of the appliances including the a/c.
