This is a great trailer if you have dogs and love to travel with them! We take our dogs with us we have 3 labs but they are well trained and do not destroy stuff! We know what it is like trying to find rooms or cabins and campsites that allow dogs this is why we are renting to people who love their fur babies! This trailer is kept very clean and does not smell nor does it have dog hairs everywhere! Its a must see and we prefer that you have trailer experience as in pulling a trailer and backing a trailer ! I will deliver and help you set up with in 50 miles from Church Hill TN.37642 There are some Great campgrounds in this area ! We love it here!What's includedPots pans coffee machine cup plates etc. We put toilet paper in bathroom! Also 1 roll paper towels and cleaning supplies !! We do not put linens nor bath towels with camper due to issues with all the viruses that are in our Country now! ; You have a water filter for water hookup ! The black holding tank is spotless so there are no smells coming from the sewer ! This unit has 2 very large propane tanks so you will have plenty of propane for you stay at your favorite campground! We also supply cable for your hookup for the TV!RecommendationsThere are a lot of beautiful campgrounds in the TRI CITY AREA near and around Bristol TN and surrounding areas ! We have stayed at Lakeview campground in Blount County! Close to Bristol Speedway and a huge Flee Market outside campground! Easy access to all great lakes and beautiful Forest ! Cherokee National forest is Beautiful and Watauga lake is also beautiful! Very close by ! Sevierville is also a good place to visit easy aces' to all things Smokey Mountain's ! 2 great RV Parks at entrance just off rt 40 into Smokey's! Two Rivers and Riverfront RV parks are nice1 We stayed at both! Lake Boone , Lake Cherokee. Bean Station are among some great locations for fishing boat rentals etic. there is another Park you must visit and that park is Laurel run Park in church Hill Tennessee ,this park is where the movie the River was filmed starring a young Mel Gibson! There are so many great places to see too many too list ! Do not to visit Historical Jonesboro Tennessee.Other things to noteJust to respect equipment and leave everything well kept and tidy as possible! I expect to have Camper to be returned as it was when you received it ! If you use restroom toilet you are to be expected to clean out with fresh water and not leave any surprises for me to clean! if there is toilet waste you will be charged $100.00. Its a dirty job but I am not cleaning up after your waste for free! There are cleaning supply's in camper and trash bags as well! If its raining and awning is out extended please use smooth end of broom located in front storage bin of camper to push up gently at center of awning to remove ponding water from center ! If you do not do this the awning will collapse from weight of water. These awnings are not cheap and I would not like to have awning damaged for next renter..
