Whether you’re heading out for a day, a week, or even longer, this trailer has everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable getaway.Inside, you’ll find a thoughtful mix of convenience and comfort, including:

• A memory foam queen-size bed
• Two spacious bunk beds
• Kitchen utensils
• Ice-cold A/C and a warm heater for those colder nights
• Smart TV
• And moreThe Heartland Mallard Tailwind measures 23 feet in length and has a dry weight of just 3,820 lbs, making it easy to tow without sacrificing comfort. It features a 45-gallon fresh water tank, a 40-gallon grey water tank, and a 40-gallon black water holding tank. Hitch ball size is 2-5/16”. We are pet friendly and delivery is offered if needed.Also, please do not forget to add on the gray/black water, dumping add-on. If you will not be dumping yourself, we will have to charge it from the Deposit ! I include one full tank of propane . If more propane is needed, it will be the responsibility of the guest to refill or replace it for a full tank. Please note that renting our trailer for use at the Burning Man festival is strictly prohibited. Any guest found doing so will be charged the full deposit for cleaning and maintenance due to the high level of mess and damage typically associated with the event. You will want to talk to host about dropping the unit back off if you are not 100% comfortable backing up for quite a ways - Im sure they will work with you. Pick up and drop off were made simple. Trailer was clean and perfect size for our family of 4. Had everything we needed! Will definitely rent again next year if available!

This has been the best trailer I have rented in this size. It was super comfortable inside. Everything worked great. The price is fair with no hidden fees or extra Covid cleaning fees! I feel some owners are really starting to milk that and gouge us renters. Ranferi also has instant booking. That was very convenient since I had booked another trailer only to have the owner come back a few days later and cancel on me.
The pickup and drop off were so easy, and Ranferi was flexible on pickup drop-off times.
I will be renting this trailer again for our future trips.
