-No smoking/vaping inside of unit(Smoking in unit will result in $250 fee) -No climbing on roof of unit -No DIY repairs, upgrades or modifications should be done to the unit. If any malfunction or damage should arise, you should notify the host immediately. -Awning not to be used in windy or stormy weather. Remember to ensure the awning is set an a slight angle to prevent rain water from pooling, as this will cause damage. Awning tie down kit is provided. Renter will be responsible for awning damage at a minimum of $250 insurance deductible paid for repair/replacement. -Max of 2 pets are allowed with optional pet fee -No 3rd party renting(registered renter must be one of the occupants for duration of the trip) -Portable generator add on rentals include up to 100 hours of use over the duration of the rental. There will be a $0.75 per hour charge for use over the included 100 hours, not to exceed the equivalent of 1 additional generator rental day cost. -Rentals that include delivery....Black and Gray waste tank dumping and flushing as well as setup and take down are included in delivery cost. Weekday deliveries/pickups are completed after 5pm. -Rentals that do NOT include delivery.....Black and Gray waste tanks should be dumped/flushed prior to return and dump valves left open upon return drop-off for inspection. (There will be a $50 charge for returning unit with dump valves closed) Be sure to review cancelation policies. We are unable to cancel reservations on your behalf or at your request. If you are planning to tow the unit, it is your responsibility to ensure you have a vehicle capable of safely doing so(adequate size + brake controller). Pickup will be denied if the vehicle doesn't meet the requirements with no refund of any monies paid.
