Welcome to the ultimate family fun machine!Our 2019 jayco 33rbts (Rear Bedroom Triple Slide) has all the space plus some fun add ons for the whole family!The main room features opposing slides which makes it 14 feet wide! The first thing you’ll notice is the large kitchen with island! And the pantry? And a coffee bar? Forward is a queen bed in a private bedroom, separate 3 piece bathroom with porcelain toilet and shower. In the back is peace and quiet for the parents. A separate 3 bed bedroom with dinette just for the kids or uninvited houseguests. Close the door and voila. Out of sight out of mind so you can r&r.We offer additional theme packs which include
- movie night (projector, screen and popcorn maker)
- family fun (slack line swing set, s’mores kit, Disney collection and more)
- glamping entertainment (fire bowl, tables, upgraded chairs, bbq and Bluetooth speakers)
- connected (starlink internet plus extras)We provide the basics, all dishes, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle, and of course the coffee pot and a large bodum. We also provide sheets, and the basic necessities like toilet paper, paper towel and cleaning supplies.We can provide with a fee some extras if need be. -Only RV toilet paper can go down the toilet. Nothing down the drains.
- Absolutely NO roof access.
- The top bunk in the back is limited to 200 lbs
- This is a heavy unit. You need a 3500 to tow it and an endorsement 7
- must be returned clean or else an hourly cleaning fee applies.
- NO forest service roads. Gravel driveways and certain roads are ok upon my approval. I’m very familiar with all backroads in the area.
- A camper orientation must be completed prior to sign off including thorough walk around inspection.
- No festivals. I produce festivals. Just no. Not happening. This is a family unit.
