- 200 lbs max on bunk beds
- Awning must be retracted overnight, in strong winds, or when leaving the campsite unattended
- Do not hang anything off the awning arms
- Do not adjust stabilizer jacks, tongue jack, levelers, or chocks without permission
- Do not adjust water/power/septic connections without permission
- Do not bring slide in without permission
- Open bathroom roof vent and turn on the fan when showering
- Open kitchen roof vent and turn on the fan when cooking inside
- Pull blinds up and down with two hands evenly on the bottom rail |||
Cleaning - must be complete prior to pickup to avoid cleaning fee:
- Dishes clean and put away
- Wipe counters and table
- Clean any debris out of shower

5This was the first time I’ve rented and RV and our experience was excellent! Grace and Andrew were amazing, had everything set up for us and checked to ensure we were doing ok. Their RV is the perfect size, clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend them and definitely we will reach out again.

5Had a wonderful trip using Grace and Andrew's trailer. There was an issue with the battery the first day but they came out to site and fixed it very quickly. They also filled up the fresh water tank and gas for the generator. My kids loved the personal card and gift basket they left for us. Great hosts!!

5This is our second year renting from Andrew & Grace and everything was perfect as expected. The trailer was in great condition and clean as could be. Extras including the outdoor rug, BBQ and outdoor water source are fantastic and were used with appreciation. The trailer set-up was perfect for the site which had quite the angular shape. Andrew and Grace were the consummate hosts and when we arrived late due to traffic, took the time to visit us later in the day to ensure everything was OK. One of the best features of this trailer is the outdoor kitchen which eliminates the need to use the indoor cooking range and provides access to a fridge outside. We look forward to another rental in the near future. Thank you Andrew and Grace!
