There's room in the "garage"!Equipped with a top-of-the-line electrical system powered by 600Ah of lithium batteries that recharge via solar, shore power, or while driving, you’ll have reliable power no matter where you roam. We had the best trip with Topo! Long story short, we found out we were unable to use another reservation as we were getting ready to leave with our bags packed. We scrambled and came across this van and are so glad we did! The bed was comfy, the sink and stove were great, and it came with everything you need: pots, pans, plates, tables, chairs, you name it. The hosts have a guidebook and accompanying YouTube videos that explain how to work everything like the plumbing and electricity. We are seasoned tent campers and first-time van campers and this van was perfect for us. We would definitely rent it again and recommend it to rookies and veterans alike.

What a wonderful camper van! Sean and Michelle put so much love and care into building Topo the Transit and it shows. They thought of every little detail. The YouTube Videos were very helpful in getting to know the van prior to arrival. I’ll be looking for another vacation to plan in the Midwest just so I can rent Topo again.

Host was fantastic! The videos I watched before the rental made me feel like it was my van, I had all the knowledge I needed to take it out and adventure. Van was in superb shape and drove like a dream. Nicely appointed and very comfortable. Even had a bunch of fun games we played! Highly recommend :)

Rules and policies
• Bed is oriented east/west (sideways) so is best for folks 6ft tall or less. BUT it can adapt to sleep north/south. Let us know before booking if you are tall! • No taking vehicle on 4x4 roads or beaches. Dirt/gravel roads are fine as long as they are not rutted or washboarded. This is NOT a 4-wheel drive vehicle NOR an all-wheel drive! Serious care must be taken on any road that is not paved. Tall vans require very smart choices to be made. You will be responsible for any and all damage. We don't want to keep you from all the trailheads! (some should be avoided though!) • Lock vehicle when you leave it alone. • Report any malfunctions immediately. (There should be none.) • Toilet must be emptied, cleaned, and wiped down before return. • Trash and recycling must be emptied. • Grey water tank must be emptied regularly. Keep an eye on it! • If you plan on using the heater you must make sure we go through the instructions for it together before you set out. The heater will stop working if the gas tank is below about 1/8 to protect you from running out of gas for driving.
