Ready to make unforgettable memories with friends or family? Welcome to my brand-new 2025 Jayco RV! It comfortably sleeps up to 5 people and includes a kitchen with the essentials: pots and pans, microwave-safe plastic plates (large and small), cups, and utensils for 5. You’ll also find a coffee maker with a reusable filter (please don’t throw it away!), a French press, and both a regular and electric kettle. For outdoor enjoyment, we provide 2 camping chairs and an outdoor rug. There’s also a broom and dustpan for quick cleanups. The 2-burner gas stove (The lighter is found in the utensil drawer)- Pet friendly

Smoking of any kind inside the RV is strictly prohibited. A $250 fee will apply if smoke is detected.
2- No Festival or Tailgating Use
This RV is not allowed at festivals or tailgating events. Violations will result in loss of deposit.
3- Pets Welcome – With Care
Well-behaved pets are welcome! Please clean up after them.
4- Empty Tanks Before Return
Black and gray tanks must be emptied and cleaned before returning. A $100 fee will be deducted from the deposit if not done.
5- Cleanliness Matters
Please return the RV in reasonably clean condition (dishes washed, trash removed). Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.
6- Respect Road Use
No off-roading, beach driving, or unpaved terrain. Stick to paved roads and approved campgrounds.
7- No Climbing on the Roof
The roof is off-limits for safety and warranty reasons.
8- Notify of Any Damage 🔧
Accidents happen—please report any damage immediately so we can address it quickly.
