New and modern 2023 RV that sleeps 8! This RV boasts a spacious and thoughtfully designed interior, featuring a well-equipped kitchen, cozy sleeping areas, and a modern bathroom. With ample storage and comfortable seating, you'll have everything you need for a memorable and enjoyable trip. Features one slide with an U-shaped booth dinette and jack knife sofa that both transforms into additional bedding. Double over double bunk houses. 15’ awning with an exterior LP quick connect for outdoor cooking. Included is a 2 burner propane grill. 24” X 40” walk in shower and second exterior door dedicated for bathroom. King bedroom in a walled bedroom. I also offer the most flexible refund policy allowed. 15% discount (standard is 10%) for any bookings 7 days or more. What's includedNo extra charge for toilet paper, roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per day. Linens and pillows for main bedroom. Can provide additional linen if requested. We provide small kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. We will try to accommodate any requests.Other things to noteSmoking in the camper is strictly prohibited Evidence of smoking in camper will result in loss of your security deposit. Camper will be clean and ready for you when you start your vacation. We require camper to be cleaned and sanitized prior to turn in. If picking up and dropping off, black and Grey tanks are to be dumped prior to turn in. Failure to do so will result in a $100 Dump Fee. We welcome your fur pups! We just ask that you clean up after your pet - tip: if you want a clean stay, wipe your pups paws before they enter the camper from being outside! Pets are not allowed on any furniture - please bring a pet bed if your pet prefers! $50 Pet Fee/dog - max of 2 dogs.
