2013 primetime avenger light weight roomy camper with 1 slide out all the appliances are auto light just turn on and that is it .power awning generally a nice unit new master bedroom mattress purchased late last year. This is now a stationary rental only .I also moved and now have several camp sites available What's included• stationary only rental. Comes with full tank of water and propane .general there is an assessment or tank charge before may 1 and after labor day when temps are colder . I try and keep some plasticware paper plates and cups in the unit to get renters on their way . I don't keep dishes in the unit but any decent camp set will give you what you need.RecommendationsI also have 18 acers of land for private dry campingOther things to noteNo pets without prior approval delivery available with extra charge
