Sleeps 5 people comfortably (200lb limit on each bunk bed) RV has 1 queen bed, a set of twin size bunk beds, and a dinnet that converts to a bed (bigger bed than a twin size but smaller than a full size bed). The bathroom includes a shower/bath tub combo to bathe the little ones after a long day of outdoor fun.RV is throughly sanitized between each use.PET Friendly (with fee if you mention before booking) and RV Delivery, set up, and pick up available.What's includedFully stocked includes: fitted sheets, pillows, blankets, new appliances, AC and heater, TV,4 towels, cookware, dishes, keurig, kcups, 2 camping chairs, family board games, and more.Other things to note- No smoking is allowed inside the RV.- RV is to be returned in a similar condition as it was received.- Our Furry friends are allowed in the RV, they just are not allowed on the furniture.Failure to comply with this rules will result in an additional fee up to $500.
