In previous rental experiences we simply picked up the trailer and loaded it up. However, in this instance, we found the trailer in unacceptable condition. It was very dirty almost like no one cleaned from previous renters. Hair was left on the shower floor, toilet was dirty and all surfaces had grime on them. I had to spend over an hour scouring the trailer prior to loading up which severely
affected our trip’s timetable. I felt like I needed to shower again after working up a sweat cleaning! Very disappointing. Let’s face it, camping is a lot of work with all the packing, repacking etc. and this really got our weekend off to a bad start!!! We also had issues with the electrical
tripping out even though I tried to only have one thing turned on at a time. Very challenging. We were also under the impression based on the description that the rental would be fully furnished with essentials like silverware and pans. There were only 6 forks and seven butter knives and one sauce pan at our disposal. Unsatisfactory. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable.

CJ was very responsive via text and flexible with figuring out pickup and drop off. He met me to exchange the trailer for the start of the trip. The trailer worked as advertised. The provided weight distribution hitch worked great and is easy to connect/disconnect.
