bedding, pillows, and towels.
-Trailer Brake required- we have one to rent for $30.

(includes set up).
-Dogs are allowed (NO cats), must be potty trained and well behaved (no
scratching, chewy, not allowed on furniture, etc). Non-refundable pet fee

-Minimum age to rent is 25.
-Gross Vehicle Weigh Rating is 10,195 lbs.- please make sure your truck can
accommodate towing this weight. If you arrive and it does not meet the

deposit if the trailer is not in the same condition as it was at pick up/delivery.
We provide cleaning supplies, vacuum, trash bags, Swifter and Swifter pads. This
helps to keep Big Betty in tip top shape so families can enjoy a clean, well-
maintained travel home for many years!
-Tanks should be empty when returned- if the grey and/or black tanks are
not empty, there will be a $200 charge.
-Do not use awning if winds are over 10 mph. Do not tie anything to the
awning, tie down the awning, or leave it extended if you leave the trailer.
Repairs will be charged to the renter as the awning is not covered by
insurance.
-Please clean out the refrigerator and pantry prior to departure. and please
remove any trash from the trailer prior to departure.

5Our stay was absolutely perfect! The camper was, cozy, and so thoughtfully set up. The hosts were beyond amazing—kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. Any time we needed something, they were quick to respond and immediately jumped into action to help. It felt like staying with friends who truly wanted us to have the best experience. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better setup. Highly recommend!
