This is our home away from home and is very roomy. It has a king-size bed in the Front Room, a couch that converts to a bed in the main area, 2 small couch beds that fold down into beds in the back, and a queen-size bunk bed. The triler can carry 150 gallons of Fresh water.The trailer can fit any 2-door RZR and Can-Am. Four 4-door 64-inch-wide RZRs and Can-Ams will fit. A 4-door 72-inch-wide Can-Am will not fit due to its length. It will hit the Kitchen cabinets.The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you could need, including a fridge, stove, microwave, and plenty of cabinet space. Stairs lead up to the main bathroom, which features a shower and toilet. The trailer has 2 slides, providing ample space in the front room and main area. Please Note that smoking and pets are not allowed, as this is our home away from home. Bedding and basic amenities are included.Modern amenities, 5500 watt generator 4 hours Day average use. When dry capmping. Any additional hours of use will be charged at $15 per hour that it goes over. Renters is responsible for gas needed for generator. The trailer will have 1/4 tank of gas please return the trailer back with a 1/4 tank of gas. In the front room and in the back of the trailer there is USB ports to charge your Phones.- Toilet Paper Only: Only use RV toilet paper in the toilets. No flushable wipes please.
