Gonzalo was very responsive, answered all my newbie questions when I was on the road and made sure that our family felt completely confident handling the RV. The motorhome itself was absolutely spotless, perfectly stocked with essentials, and surprisingly comfortable for our entire trip. He even took the time to walk me through the camp hookups and leveling, before we set off, which saved us a ton of hassle. Returning the rig was incredibly smooth and completely stress-free after our long vacation. I cannot recommend renting from Gonzalo highly enough for anyone looking to have a flawless, five-star RV adventure!

Our family had to arrange for a last-minute trip to Laguna Seca Raceway in the Monterey area. We decided that staying at their campground was going to be the best solution for us.. We had an absolutely wonderful time! The RV had absolutely everything that are family of four needed to make our trip both comfortable and successful. Our hosts, Gonzalo and Ana, were so thoughtful and kind. You can see the care and pride that they have in sharing their family’s RV with other others. They really have thought through every detail to make sure that their guests feel comfortable and supported. On top of this, we are new to Outdoorsy and needed help understanding some of the details of how to use the system. Our hosts were great ambassadors for the program. We are so grateful to Gonzalo and Ana, and appreciate all that they did to help our family. We wish we could give them 10 out of 10 stars! We will definitely rent with them again in the future.
