Perfect for Jellystone Park at Larkspur, just 15 minutes south of pickup. It's an easy first tow on I-25, and the resort has a pool, water play area, mini golf, and daily activities with Yogi Bear — the kids stay busy while you actually relax. Also an easy haul to Chatfield or Cherry Creek State Park.
Don't have a tow vehicle? We'll deliver. We'll tow it to your site, level it, hook up water and power, and have it ready before you arrive — then come back and haul it out when you're done. You just show up and camp.
Inside, you'll find an upgraded queen bed, two twin bunks, and a convertible dinnette that sleeps one or two small kids. The kitchen comes stocked with a sink, two-burner stovetop, fridge with small freezer, and microwave. There's a full bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning, an electric fireplace, and a power awning. Storage inside and out is generous — plenty of room for chairs, bikes, and gear.
Pickup in Castle Rock or delivery available. Please note: water is on May 1–Oct 15. Off-season bookings are winterized, so the shower, toilet, and sinks aren't usable — bring drinking water and plan on campground facilities.
Heat only works when connected to a generator or shore power. What's includedRental Includes:
• Cookware (1 skillet, 1 pan, & cooking utensils)
• Reusable Plates, Bowls, Cups & Silverware for 4
• Sheets, pillows, and towels for up to 4 guests
• RV Toilet Paper & Septic Tabs
• Cleaning Supplies
• Optional weight distributing anti sway hitch at no extra cost. It's not required, but it makes towing smoother, especially for first timers and in wind. We'll help set it up at pickup. If your vehicle's owner's manual says not to use a weight distributing hitch, just tow without it.Recommendations• 2 inch hitch receiver. The trailer uses a 2 5/16 inch ball, which comes with our optional anti sway hitch. If you tow without it, you'll need your own 2 5/16 inch ball mount.
• Factory or professionally installed 7 pin plug. A 4 to 7 pin adapter will run the lights but cannot power the trailer brakes, so it does not meet this requirement.
• A brake controller. If your vehicle has one built in, you're set. If not, add our Bluetooth brake controller when you book (it also requires a working 7 pin plug).
• Basic cooking and cleaning supplies provided.
•Consider adding a day before and/or after to have ample time for packing and cleaning.
• Pick-up and drop off can be flexible with advance requestOther things to notePets-We love that you want to bring your furry friend along. Any extra cleaning, damage or odors will result in additional fees.
- Shore power or a generator is needed to run fireplace (heater), A/C & outlets (additional cost)
-There will be a $75 charge to refill the propane.
-$175 fee to empty black/gray holding tanks
-$100 additional cleaning fee if not returned in same condition.
$250 fee for smoking

5.0Couldn't have asked for a better first-time RV experience. Ariana is such an amazing host, and the trailer itself is very comfortable with all the amenties required. I'd definitely rent the RV for a longer time and absolutely recommend this trailer and host.

1.0Very disappointing rental. We rented this camper for a 3-night boondocking trip, which the owner knew in advance. At pickup, it was not properly prepared: the battery was only ~25% charged, the fresh-water tank was empty, the refrigerator smelled strongly of spoiled food, and toiletries were left in the shower. We had to delay our trip and charge the camper at home for ~16 hours. Most seriously, I specifically confirmed before leaving that the camper’s only heat source would work on battery/propane while boondocking. The owner assured me it would. It did not work at all. We spent a sleepless night in temperatures in the 30s with inadequate bedding, then ended our trip early. The owner later acknowledged she didn’t know the fireplace required shore power. Other issues included a refrigerator door that repeatedly opened while driving, a leaking gray-water system, an entry door that wouldn’t latch, loose fireplace glass, low propane, and inadequate battery capacity. The brake controller also came loose despite being installed exactly as the owner instructed and approved at pickup. We requested a refund; the owner declined to resolve it directly and referred us to Outdoorsy.

5.0My wife and I loved the modern interior, ease of use, space, and heating for our trip to Mueller State Park. Nights can get chilly at 8000ft. The Honda Ridgeline RTL-E handled the camper great. Ariana was an excellent host!

Frequently asked questions
Q.
Do I need a special brake controller installed on my car?
A.
Yes. The camper has electric brakes, and CO law requires trailers of 3,000 lbs or more to have brakes the driver can apply from the cab. Vehicles with a factory tow package may have a controller built in. If yours doesn't, add our Bluetooth brake controller to your booking. Your vehicle needs a working 7 pin plug; a 4 to 7 pin adapter won't power the brakes. If a brake controller isn't installed or added to your booking by pickup, we can't release the camper, but delivery may be an option.
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
If you need an early pickup/late drop-off we’re happy to accommodate when available. Please ask!
Q.
Do I need to clean the trailer before returning?
A.
Yes, please! We ask that all guests return the camper in the same condition as received. That includes: Dumping all tanks, refilling propane, cleaning the inside (we’ll take care of the laundry), and removing any excess dirt from the exterior.
