2022 Keystone RV Bullet Ultra Lite
Brand new travel trailer that includes a private queen bedroom and full-size bunk beds. 400 watts of solar power with inverter outlets, which allows charging of phones, use of Cpap machines on both sides of queen bed, running small kitchen appliances, computers and entertainment system without using a generator. AC and microwave still require a generator if campground does not have power hookups.Outside kitchen with two burners and small refrigerator so you can still socialize outdoors while cooking. Outdoor hot/cold shower.The kitchen will be supplied with basics needed to make meals and enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. In the living area, you'll find some family-friendly games and a 1st aid kit.There are windows on either side of the queen bedroom that allow for cross ventilation. Also, both bunk beds enjoy two windows that open for plenty of fresh air.The bathroom has a small tub which is convenient for washing little ones and pets.19' awning provides protection from weather when sitting or cooking outside trailer.What's includedPots & Pans

This is apparently due to their requirement that RV's and trailers must be provided via one specific contractor that owns their own equipment.Other things to noteAbsolutely no smoking in the trailer; some vaping okay.We typically transport and set up the trailer. However, we would consider having the renter transport if they:
-Are verified driver (per Outdoorsy requirements)
-Have a brake control module installed in their truck
-Have experience transporting a trailer/5th wheelNo desert camping - that sand can cause problems.
Re: the awning, please make sure it's rolled up if gone for extended periods and when it's windy.

We're recent retirees who previously had an expandable travel trailer but upgraded to a trailer that is easier to set up and provides more sound insulation. We love the bunkroom -- it makes it easy to invite friends and family, and our tall grown kids find it very comfortable, including our 6'4" Marine Sergeant son. Nothing is as relaxing as getting away from it all and enjoying the great outdoors. And when we're not renting our trailer for others to enjoy, we plan on spending a fair amount of time exploring this great country.
