Our camper features a queen bed as well as bunk beds apparently rated for 200 lbs. It has a Dinette that also converts to a full size bed. It has a microwave, fridge, sink and a gas range in the kitchen. It is perfect for couples or a family just wanting to get away with its bunkhouse set up to sleep two children.All renters must empty the holding tanks before returning the camper or a $100 fee will be charged. If you have selected delivery, the dump out is included in the delivery fee.Your tow vehicle must have a 2 5/16" receiver. if it is larger you will need to provide an adapter. You will need is a 7-pin connector for lights and trailer brakes.Delivery is available, but contact me first for availability. The Delivery fee includes set up, tear down and holding tank dump out. The delivery/pick up fee is $2.40/mile, but at the checkout you will see the price as $4.80/mile because it is only charging for 1 way. If you have any questions please contact me.All renters will be required to sign our Supplemental Rental Agreement(SRA) prior to pickup.Pick UP/Drop OFF Hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM unless otherwise arrangedWhat's includedTowels

We are so grateful to Rick and his family for lending us their camper! It was perfect for our family of four. Rick went above and beyond to communicate with us and ensure we had a positive experience. The trailer was very comfortable with a strong A/C system and all of the amenities we needed. We will definitely rent again!

Rules and policies
• Im not going to be a real stickler on the rules. We do love our trailer and use it for ourselves on occasion. We have toddlers and so we can understand if things happen. We are super big on no smoking. we allow pets but if there is hair left behind on drop-off you can expect a full cleanup charge that is subject to change pending condition. Avoid off roading an please stay off the roof.
