Big awning for shade. Rear door turns into patio with bug screen.What's includedComes with camping chairs, bed sheets and comforter "Linens". Also has heated blanket in closet storage. Towels for showers. Small vacuum for cleaning. Pots and pans. We use paper plates and plastic utensils "included". Includes all hookups for water, sewer, and electric. RecommendationsWe use it for racing motocross, camping trips to OBX, ect.Other things to notePlease no smoking in camper. Keep it clean and new. Treat it like it's your own. Restrictions will apply for movement. I rather haul it and move it to where you are going for you. Set up and all. Any stains on linens will require to be replaced. Distance restrictions. No festivals.- If Drop off location crosses a toll, the renter will be charged for all trips required and will reflect in final fees.
- ** Nothing should be removed from the trailer. If an item is found missing, the renter will be charged from deposit.
