• 1-. Driver requirements. • -Driver must meet the minimum age ( usually 25 years, but varies by vehicle owner) • A valid driver license is required. • All drivers must be listed on the rental agreement. • 2-. Insurance and Protection • Renters must select an Outdoorsy insurance plan or provide approved proof of private insurance. • 3-. Use of vehicle • No off-road driving unless explicitly approved. • No smoking in the vehicle. • No climbing on the roof. • 4-. Cleaning and Waste disposal. • Return the RV clean, inside and out (unless cleaning fee were paid) • Black and grey tanks must be emptied before return ( unless dumping fees were prepaid). • 5-. Pets Policy. • Additional cleaning fees may apply for pets. • 6-. Cancellations and refunds. • Strict cancellation apply. • Service fees might be non refundable. • 7_.Emergency an accidents. • Notify the owner and Outdoorsy immediately if there's an accident, breakdown or a major issue. • 8-. Respect the vehicle and Owner. • Treat the RV as if were your own. • Late returns can result in extra charges. • 9-. Other important rules • No unauthorized drivers. • No driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • Obey all local, state and federal laws • Treat the RV with care -Damages caused by abuse or rule- breaking are fully renter responsability. • • • • • •
