The countertop & sink, as well as the sofa, is in a slide-out that helps to make the living space more roomy. If the trailer needs extensive cleaning, there will be an extra charge payable upon return of the trailer.*** This unit is available for delivery only at this point. The delivery fee includes delivery & pick-up, set-up and tear-down. It also includes dumping the waste-water tanks at the end of the rental period. My wife Elsie & I love to spend time outdoors with our two children, Jordan & Joyce. We recently purchased this camper to be able to spend some valuable family time camping. Because we can't go camping all the time (: , we decided to let others get some enjoyment from it as well.

Dan was a fantastic host…everything arrived on time. Trailer was well equipped and was very clean for the age of the trailer. The mattresses were very comfortable and all the appliances ran flawlessly for our fall camping trip.

Q.How often do the holding tanks need to be emptied?
The holding tanks should last for a 3 day weekend of regular use. If you really conserve your water, use the park showers, and toilets during the day, you might be able to last for a week.
