3While the owners were very nice and communicated well before hand, this RV is well used and needs repairs and upkeep. Pros: The owners met us on time and also provided bedding, folding chairs, dishware and cookware, since we flew in from New England. All major systems in the RV, other than the awning, worked. Cons: The provided bedding, while washed, was stained. The stove needed to be lit with a lighter but no lighter was provided. We camped at a very sandy campground , basically this is all of FL, but no broom was provided. We were given 1 plate and 3 bowls for a family of two. The hodge podge of kitchenware did not include a basic can opener. We were given a very brief (10 minutes) run through of how the RV worked. A few times on our trip we encountered some issues. We had to call once and the other times we just figured things out. We own an Airstream but I think someone new to RVing would have a difficult time figuring things out. No manual was provided to answer questions. This would have been a huge advantage to have. After arriving at our destination, we discovered the sofa was majorly broken on one side. The broken latch mentioned in a previous review, is still broken and has been for quite awhile. There are a lot of dings and dents, both inside and outside of the RV. The owner informed us the awning did not work and could not be used. We feel upkeep has not been performed as needed on this RV and we did not get a good value for the price charged. If the rental rate stays high, go elsewhere.

5Cathy and Jose were great hosts. Very responsive and took really great care of the RV. Super easy pickup and drop off. The Rv drove great - even for a first timer like me :)

5We had a wonderful trip, and Jose was very kind and patient, in showing us all about the camper, we used. I would do it all over again, and use Catherine and Jose!
