5Very well-maintained RV. Decent gas mileage. Very accessible for any trips along Highway 50 west of Canon City. The host is very easy to work with—just an FYI. If you use a CPAP, you have to run the generator to get 110V. Best to bring a battery supply as running the generator could get costly. It was our first RV experience. Would do it again.

2When we picked up the camper we were shown how to turn on the Refrigerator/Freezer but when we arrived at our campsite we turned the unit on only the freezer worked. We tried to keep our refrigerated food and drinks cold by keeping them in the cooler but when our ice melted things began to spoil. I notified the Host on returning the camper about the loss of food and the inconvenience and if we could be compensated for it. The Host told us it has to be handled by contacting Outdoorsy which I did both calling and emailing. When I phoned Outdoorsy they told me they never received my email and that we have to contact the Host which we already spoke to and he referred us to Outdoorsy. I think this is poor business practice and I hope that something can be done to insure this kind of business practice is changed to insure customer satisfaction. Also there was left over food which was opened and spoiled we had to dispose of that was another inconvenience. I don't know who to blame because both Outdoorsy and the Host are passing the responsibility back and forth between themselves. Outdoorsy did say that I had to contact the host and describe the loss of food and inconvenience thru their website so they have it on record before they could help us. I just don't understand why the host told us something different. Sincerely Kevin Love

5Great trip! The vehicle was amazing for my wife and our two kids! We had the best sleep and ride we could have imagined! The vehicle was everything we needed and more! Naaman and his daughter were super friendly, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time! We definitely would recommend their rental to any family needing a home on wheels!
