This is a brand new 2022 Jayco SLX travel trailer. Its dry weight is 3075 lbs and gross weight is 3950 lbs. It is easily towable for most vehicles. Sleeps up to 5, 2 adults and 2 children very comfortably. 1 Queen size bed with privacy curtain. The bunk beds hold up to 300 lbs. and are 29 x 75 inches. The dinette also drops down to create one more sleeping area. This camper has everything you need to stay warm or cool. A/C, heat, electric awning with LED lights, AM/FM stereo with MP3/iPod input jacks and Bluetooth connectivity for your entertainment needs. Both indoor and outdoor speakers. Refrigerator, microwave, pantry and 2 burner range with large cooking area. TV hook ups are available if desired.

This camper is stocked with basic amenities: Pots/pans, place setting for 4, plates, bowls, silverware, cups, cooking utensils, can opener, toaster, crock pot, pots/pans and a coffee maker. 4 camping chairs, outdoor rug and basic cleaning supplies provided. Blackstone grill available for rent. Linens can be available if needed.
This camper will include 1 full tank of propane, 1 roll paper towel, 2 rolls RV toilet paper (RV/Marine toilet paper ONLY!!!), septic treatment deodorizer and trash bags.

Items to consider for your trip: Towels, washcloths, dishcloths, bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets), coffee filters, coffee, salt/pepper, condiments. Portable grill, flashlight, rope, campfire necessities, spare batteries, toiletries, laundry bag, cooler. Paper plates, pot/pans, electric griddle, drinking water (we do not recommend drinking water from the holding tank). Aluminum foil, zip-loc bags.

We are happy to accommodate any way we can. We state no pickups or drop-offs on the weekends in the listing however we try to be flexible.
