We reserve the right to retain a portion or the entire security deposit to make repairs.The renter will be responsible for any fees that come from tickets, tolls, tows and impounds, even if the fee notice arrives after the security deposit has been returned following the camping trip.If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. If any repairs need to be done during the trip, the owner needs to be made aware of the work needing to be completed prior to the work being done. The owner will reimburse the renter for these out of pocket expenses once the camper is returned and the receipts are provided.

5.0We had a great experience with this rental! Sarah’s communication is excellent and the instructional videos were very helpful so that I could see how to set everything up before we picked up. That was really nice, since this was my first time towing and using a camper. The camper was clean and well-maintained; the AC works very well. Would definitely rent again.

5.0We had the camper delivered to our campground in the Smoky Mountains. Justin delivered it right on time. We spend most of our time outdoors and didnt need water or electical Hookups (we had a generator). The camper was clean and fully stocked with all utensils, towels and bedding Justin explained all the features of the camper before leaving. The last night, we enjoyed Smotes which the hosts provided! What a treat!(Smores). The camper was perfect for what we needed. We hope to rent from our hosts in the future!
