Make your next camping adventure truly memorable with this camper trailer! For proper towing, you need a 2 5/16 inch ball that is approx 24 inches from the ground. Tow vehicle should have a towing capacity of at least 5000 lbs, have a 7-pin electrical connection, and have a trailer brake controller. What's includedThe rig comes with a full tank of propane and can have a full tank of fresh water by request. Fresh linens, towels, pillows, coffee maker, disposable plates & utensils, camping chairs, and basic cleaning supplies are available for nominal fees.
Always happy to deliver and set up the trailer at your campsite.
RecommendationsThere are plenty of beautiful campsites local to the Bay Area, particularly in the Felton area near Santa Cruz. Camping amongst the redwoods is truly a magnificent experience.Other things to noteNo smoking of any kind is permitted in the trailer. Pets are not allowed. The trailer is not permitted for use at festivals. The waste tank dump and flush fee is $175.
This fee will be applied at the time the trailer is returned if ANY of the following conditions are present:
• Waste Tank meters indicate a higher level than when the trailer was rented. (The black and gray tank levels will be checked and recorded before the trailer is handed over. The tank levels must indicate the same when returned to avoid the $175 waste tank dump and flush fee.)
• Any visible waste found in the toilet, or in the drain line leading out of the toilet. If there is any waste, toilet paper, or anything whatsoever in or below the ‘flush door’ in the bowl of the toilet, the system must be flushed, which will require the waste tank dump and flush fee to be applied.
• Excessive dirt in the sink or shower which will require cleaning beyond a wipe-down.
This fee can be avoided by ensuring that there is no accumulated waste in the toilet; the shower and sinks have been thoroughly rinsed out, and the waste tanks have the same meter reading as when taking delivery of the trailer.
