Renter beware... This unit has a lot of damage and was not clean or comfortable. This unit was delivered as planned, but was not completely set up with slides out or hookups. Right off the bat, we could tell the camper was not level. When we inquired about it, we were told the auto leveling system was not working. We could see the outdoor kitchen shelf holding the fridge was massively broken and the faucet broken, the fridges were dirty/moldy, and the entire unit was just dirty from the floors to the FECES that was still in the toilet. Upon making ourselves comfortable (because we truly had limited options at the time), we found we had no water and the hot water heater was also broken. The water hookups were not functional which required a repairman to come by. The first day we had no water and the first two days we had no hot water. The repairman eventually got both working, but the washer /dryer hookups inside were leaking water inside the unit. The repairman came back and capped those to get them to stop.
