We were first timers to the adventure van experience and what a fantastic time it was! We were a bit nervous about driving and how to learn all the systems but Curt, the owner gave us a great overview and even took us on a test drive around town. He builds Sprinters and this one has all the bells and whistles, including some cool technology that he designed like the EZ-Exit. We enjoyed a three night trip to the Avenue of the Giants. If you are hesitant at all trying out a Sprinter van, Curt is the guy to rent from. He was very communicative through the process and available when we questions. He is very knowledgable and reassuring and he encourages a good time! If you are looking for an adventure, we highly recommend the trip to Benbow.

We had a wonderful time renting this beautiful trailer. Kate and Jason were very friendly and super responsive. Between all the amenities and flexibility, Kate and Jason really made my families vacation amazing.

Edwin was awesome. He checked in nearly every day to see how the van and our trip was going. The van was equipped and even over equipped for our travel with lots of plates and dishes and appliances. There was a known issue with the rear door not unlocking sometimes. Edwin explained this and I accepted this risk. Unfortunately the rear door situation deteriorated during our trip to the point where the rear door could no longer be opened. Edwin took the van to the dealership the next day to get this fixed.
