This was our first time using a camper trailer and the Airstream was just perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. Very cozy and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Kevin took time to show us all the ins and outs and was very thorough. He did a great overview of all of the aspects of the trailer made great suggestions; he even loaned us a ball hitch as ours was a bit too low to pull the trailer correctly.
