Our experience renting this RV was fantastic from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-stocked, and performed as it should throughout our entire road trip. Justin, the host was incredibly helpful and always responded to our questions within minutes. He even acomodatated our later pickup and drop off. He took the time to give us a thorough walkthrough at pickup, ensuring we felt completely comfortable with all the controls before hitting the road. We couldn't have asked for a smoother experience and will definitely look to rent from them again for our next adventure.

Mikhail is so communicative and flexible! We made a big mistake when we first booked and selected dates in March rather than May. A couple of days before our trip was supposed to start in March, I realized our error and reached out to Mikhail - fully expecting a 50% refund at best. He moved our dates without any fee, hassle, or additional charges - it was so kind! The van was perfect for two of us- we had plenty of storage even with two duffles and a large roller bag. The bed was surprisingly comfortable (we are both tall and I have a testy back). We didn't run into any issues and can attest to the incredible gas mileage (we averaged nearly 30mpg most of the trip).

We spent 4 nights north of San Francisco in wine country and on the west coast. Harvest Hosts, Badego Bay Marina, and Sausalito City Parking. Van trips are so versatile and easy. Everything you need for comfort and the flexibility to change trip plans at the last minute. Abigail was a great host. She guided us through our first time using BART transportation that is a simple and cost effective way to travel between SFO Airport and Concord where we met Abigail. We will definitely use BART again next time. Everything about our trip using Abigail's van was good.
