Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We prefer a pickup time after 3PM and a return time prior to 11AM. A few days prior to pickup if the unit is not booked the day before, we will extend an invitation for early pick-up (as early as 8am). If the unit is not rented the day of return, we will offer a late return, up to 8PM.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

This unit is built to off-grid. The 600w solar and 400ah of lithium battery, mean that you will never need to plug in (unless you want to use the AC). The fresh waster tank has 120 liters and enough to last for a weekend, with the sewage being a 1:1 ratio of the water you have in the unit. If you wish to hook up, you may with the 30AMP 25ft cord, the water hose and the black/gray tank hose.

My partner and I often RV for multiple months a year. With various different units, we will post them for rent when not using. Our set-ups are built for folks who want to travel, while remaining as off-grid as possible. Full access to internet for those who want to work remotely or cuddle during a rainy day. As part-timers, our favourite part of the journey is the exploration and flexibility that an off-grid unit provides. We can stop and be comfortable... anywhere, anytime. Our second favourite part of the journey is sharing it with like minded folks who want an adventure.
