Our 24-foot super light trailer is very functional, fun and chosen by my interior designer partner (so it’s very nice inside :). Kids absolutely love the three bunks at the back. Have them tape up some posters or pictures to make their bunk space their own. My kids love that. Privacy screen between parents at the front and kids at the back ;) Overview video on YouTube at:
https://youtu.be/KG1HvPOaVDc?si=7i_qtqyVLuOpOd-w
I also have a barbecue, freestanding hammock, lawn chairs, and lots of toys available to add on. Bought it new and only use it a couple of times a year. The slide adds a spacious feel. Being super light, it can be pulled by many vehicles. I have lots of pictures for this lovely fun family trailer. There’s four drawers so assigning each munchkin their own drawer works well . You will need to find a vehicle to tow our trailer, as delivery is not an option for us this year.Pets are allowed but no smoking. What's includedBasic cutlery, cups, plates, bowl (x4) + outdoor mat, and everything you need for a fun time. Please see the pictures . We strongly suggest you bring any pots pans, cups, flashlights, etc. There’s lots of room to store them.
Please watch the YouTube video as it’s the same thing I’m gonna show you in person.
Tons of storage room for a couple of bikes. Private bathroom. Excellent heater and air-conditioning lightweight stable and easy to pull. I will show you how to operate everything. A hitch receiver is included with the rental. see pics. Please note linens are not included. We understand this is a very personal thing and do not include this. There is a mattress protector.FYI: We thoroughly clean it before every trip and ask that we get it back the same. Also little snags happen throughout the trip sometimes - but a big benefit of outdoorsy is you have 24 hour Roadside Assistance included for peace of mind if you need help. This is our personal trailer and renting it out is done to help my daughter‘s university tuition so thanks for supporting her!Check our additional options list. If you have a special request, please let us know, as we are very accommodating:)
RecommendationsBeing winterized, this trailer is good for virtually any campground. We have taken it to several places in Alberta including Canmore, Drumheller and Rocky Mountain house. Having the ability to bring a couple bikes sure makes it fun for the kids. There’s tons of storage so you can bring most outdoor games. The trailer is stored in the south east in Calgary Calgary.. . Note sometimes outdoorsy lists it in the wrong location :). Please confirm with me the exact location before you head out. It is located right near Southland Drive and Acadia Drive.Other things to noteWe do not deliver. If you want to run the air conditioner you will need a larger generator than the one we offer to rent.We offer a portable brake controller that’s Bluetooth enabled if you need. You will need your own bedding.Contact me for pickup/drop-off times. I am very flexible :)We are not delivering this trailer this year. However, if it’s very close to Calgary that’s an extra option we could consider for a fee.

Accommodating & Responsive Partner

John and his wife are friendly, flexible with pickup/drop-off, respond promptly, provide detailed explanations, and go above and beyond to ensure a smooth, accommodating rental experience.

Tows Easily, Spacious Layout

The camper is lightweight, towing easily with SUVs. Its slide-out creates a spacious interior with triple bunks, often found clean and well-equipped for families, despite some age-related issues and occasional missing kitchen items or battery problems.

Guests love it for families

John’s trailer was perfect for our family! We loved the triple bunk beds in the back and because it was so spacious- we could even let our daughter sleep in the pack & play we brought along. Will be renting it again later this summer when my parents visit- it is just so spacious and really catered to all our needs! John is a great host - great experience working with him!

John is very easy to deal with and his trailer is great value for money. We took my parents to Waterton and everyone, including my baby, had a spot to sleep in! Excellent for a family trip.

Great host, great trailer and great experience! Everything went smoothly from the moment of booking. We aligned on all details in advance, John was very flexible on pickup/drop off time. Trailer is in a good shape, comes with everything you need for towing and a few additional items to make your rest better, like chairs, table, utensils, etc. Everything works in trailer as expected. It is lightweight enough and we pulled it with our big SUV with no problems. Slideout works fine, so it's spacious and roomy inside. I would definitely recommend this trailer for your trips!

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We generally have flexibility within a few hours - however, if somebody is expecting to pick it up the day you return it we will need to abide by the hours we set. Contact us if you want to change the return/pickup hours. We want everyone to enjoy our trailer.

Q.

How much does the trailer weigh?

A.

5160 lbs empty by design. See the picture of all the weights. If water or anything else is added you should give yourself extra room. It's not suggested to tow at the maximum allowed for your vehicle.

Q.

Is a generator included?

A.

No but we have one for rent. If you want the A/C you will need a generator bigger than ours. See Add-ons.

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

The trailer must be towed without water in its tanks. We will walk you through filling the water tanks on the trailer on pickup. Please allow roughly 1 hour to walk through the operation of the trailer. Longer time will be required if you are new to trailer camping.
