Perfect camper for your get away, Delivery only so you don't have to worry about a thing. Comfortably sleeps five with bunks in the back. We do not typically use the bathroom except for night time trips, so we appreciate your use of the campground facilities. This is a brand new Coleman 17b with a fireplace heater, A/C, bluetooth radio, and very comfortable beds.We hope you enjoy your night away in our Happy Camper. What's includedDue to safety precautions we are currently only including disposable utensils, plates, bowls, and cups.We will set your camper up and show you how things work before we leave. RecommendationsWe love Hoffmaster and Gun Lake campgrounds, but there are so many great campgrounds in our area we hope you show us your favorite spots!Other things to noteThanks for keeping our trailer pet and smoking free.—Minimum age for rentals: 25
—No smoking allowed!
—Use of awning is allowed and at Renter's risk. Any damages to the awning will be deducted from the security deposit.
—The interior of the motorhome or trailer is to be returned clean, as received. ($75 fee if not returned clean)
—All waste tanks are to be returned dumped and empty. ($75 fee if not returned empty)
—Festivals and large gatherings must be approved prior to rental. Burning Man and Electric Forest are strictly prohibited.
